How does it work?

Once registered, you’re given our Miami address. This address is used as your “Shipping Address” on websites when you make purchases online. When the package is delivered to Miami, you will receive an alert, it is then shipped to Trinidad. You are to provide the invoice for customs clearance. Once cleared, our office will contact you via email, and/or telephone informing you of the amount due and schedule a delivery time most convenient for you.

I don’t have a credit card, can I still shop online?

No credit card? No problem! We can do the shopping on your behalf. Once you have indicated what item you would like to purchase; by sending us the website link, a quote will be provided for you. When the quote is approved by you, a deposit of the quoted amount is required, payment of the deposit is made at our office or online. Thereafter we proceed to purchase the item(s). You will be notified when item(s) have been shipped to Trinidad. Please note we will purchase from only reputable suppliers confirmed by management.

How long does it take for my package to get to the Miami Address?

This is dependent on the supplier from which you have placed the order, who always indicate a shipping date and an estimated time of delivery. The supplier will also provide you with a “Tracking Number”, this number enables you to track the shipping progress of your package, so you’ll know when it’s delivered to the Miami Address.

How long does it take for my packages to get to Trinidad from Miami?

We have shipments coming twice a week. Once your package arrives at our Miami warehouse it will be sent to Trinidad on the next available flight.

I placed one order for my items, why are they on different shipments?

Although you placed one order, the items may have been from different Suppliers and got shipped at different times, thus resulting in the items being delivered to Miami on different dates. Once received in time, all packages will be put on the next available flight.

Do you offer consolidation?

Unfortunately, not at present, as packages are received they are processed and loaded for the next available shipment.

Is there any extra cost for delivery?
